What to send with a first message
- How many residential properties you currently hold any interest in, including partial shares
- Whether you are a Citizen, Permanent Resident or foreigner, and the same for anyone else on the title
- For an HDB flat: the date the Minimum Occupation Period was met, or when it will be
- For a sale: the date the property was originally acquired, for Seller’s Stamp Duty
- Whether CPF was used, and roughly how much
Those five answers are what turn a general reply into a specific one. Nothing on that list is sensitive enough to worry about sending over WhatsApp.
