What is collected, why, how long it is kept, and how to make it stop.
Last updated: 1 August 2026
This notice explains how Goh Jian Kern, Joel (Joel Goh), a registered salesperson with PropNex Realty Pte. Ltd. (CEA Registration No. R055731I, Estate Agency Licence No. L3008022J), collects, uses and discloses personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 of Singapore.
1. What is collected
Only what you choose to submit through a form on this site or send by message: your name, contact number, email address if provided, the property address your enquiry concerns, the nature of your enquiry, and any notes you add.
When you submit a form, the following is also recorded as evidence of consent: the date and time of submission, your IP address, and your browser user agent. This is required to demonstrate that consent was validly obtained.
The calculators on this site run entirely in your browser. The figures you enter are not transmitted anywhere and are not recorded. They leave your device only if you choose to send them via WhatsApp, in which case you are sending them yourself.
2. Why it is collected
- To respond to your enquiry and provide the advisory service you requested
- To prepare a valuation, financial model or transaction plan on your instruction
- To comply with obligations under the Estate Agents Act and CEA practice rules
- To maintain records of consent as required under the PDPA
Your data is not used to send marketing you did not ask for, is not sold, and is not shared with third-party marketers.
3. Who it may be disclosed to
Where necessary to progress a transaction you have instructed, data may be disclosed to: PropNex Realty Pte. Ltd. for regulatory and transaction administration; conveyancing lawyers, banks or mortgage brokers you have asked to be introduced to; and government agencies where required by law. Each disclosure is limited to what that party needs.
4. How long it is kept
Enquiry data that does not lead to a transaction is retained for up to 24 months, then deleted. Where a transaction proceeds, records are retained for the period required under the Estate Agents Act and associated regulations, and for as long as necessary for legal or accounting purposes.
5. Withdrawing consent
You may withdraw consent to the collection, use or disclosure of your personal data at any time by sending a request to the contact details below. Withdrawal will be given effect within a reasonable period, ordinarily ten business days.
Note that withdrawing consent may mean an ongoing advisory engagement cannot continue. Certain records may still need to be retained where the law requires it.
6. Access and correction
You may request a copy of the personal data held about you and information on how it has been used or disclosed in the past year, and you may request correction of any error or omission. Requests will be responded to within 30 days, or you will be told when a response can be expected.
7. Security
This site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are validated and rate-limited, and access to enquiry records is restricted. No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed completely secure, but reasonable technical and organisational measures are in place to protect against unauthorised access, loss or misuse.
8. Cookies and analytics
This site does not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. Where web analytics are used, they are configured to measure aggregate page performance and traffic, not to identify individuals.
9. Contact
Data protection queries, consent withdrawals and access requests should be directed to Joel Goh at +65 8177 5077, or by post to PropNex Realty Pte. Ltd., 480 Lorong 6 Toa Payoh, #18-01 HDB Hub East Wing, Singapore 310480.
