Singapore by postal district
A postal district is the first two digits of the postal code, and it is the vocabulary every listing, every agent and every buyer in Singapore uses. Each page below carries the sectors that define the district, the primary schools inside it, the stations within a kilometre of somewhere in it, and the developments standing in it.
174 primary schools and 50 developments across 23 districts. Every distance is measured on SLA’s SVY21 grid from the actual coordinates, not estimated from an address.

The districts that are not here
Singapore has 28 postal districts. 23 of them have a page. A district gets one when it holds at least 2 developments on the register or at least 3 primary schools — below that, the page would be a table of contents for pages that already exist, which is the pattern search engines correctly treat as filler.
Held back today: D02 (Anson, Tanjong Pagar), D06 (High Street, Beach Road), D08 (Little India, Farrer Park, Serangoon Road), D13 (Macpherson, Braddell, Potong Pasir), D24 (Lim Chu Kang, Tengah, Kranji). They will publish the moment the register carries enough in them to say something.
Where the marketed district and the postal code disagree
A district is defined by the postal code. A development’s marketing is not always. 1 project on the register is sold under a district that its own postal code does not support:
- Pinery Residencesmarketed D18 · postal code D16
Neither figure is wrong, and neither is hidden. They are listed under the marketed district because that is what the buyer searched for, and the conflict is printed because two projects described as the same district are not necessarily on the same side of the line.
